We Need Your Support

We're setting sail on an exciting voyage...and now's the time to sign on as crew and join the fun. With your support over the next couple of years, we'll grow to become a premier museum preserving, teaching and celebrating the rich maritime heritage of not just Annapolis, but all of Anne Arundel County.

The volunteers and board of directors are working hard to raise funds from contributions, grants, annual fund raisers and sale of merchandise. We hae already received commitments from five supporters at $10,000 each. But we can't depend upon such generous donors alone—we need your support too.

Contribute at whatever level you can afford. Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels has set up their membership levels in a system we think is great, so we are adopting it as well.

The museum will retain its 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit status so your contributions will continue to be tax deductible. These funds will support our efforts to gather and preserve the past and present unique maritime history of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. The research and education programs that the Annapolis Maritime Museum will undertake will make you proud that you chose to support the Museum from its launch.
